Company History
1992 - Company founded
The company began trading in chemical process equipment.
The original Richmond premises were a small wooden shack in a coal yard in Pemberton, near Wigan, Lancashire. A high point that year; selling 14,000 tubes of marine grease to a national construction company
1993 - We hire space in an haulage yard near Haydock Park racecourse.
Geordie John Martin joins the company full time and quickly establishes himself.
1996 - John Atherton allows me to rent 1000 sq. ft in his warehouse at a discounted rate.
This allows us the flexibility and space to grow.
1998 - We buy The Old Dairy in Lower Ince, Wigan, and wonder how we're going to fill it.
We were by then trading almost exclusively in scientific equipment.
2007 - Move to new premises, after 9 years at The Old Dairy.
This attractive, new site, enhances our company image. And, will help to differentiate our products and services to customers old and new.
