Specifications and photographs are readily available on this site. Should a specification or photograph be missing from a piece of equipment due to it currently being researched please feel free to call a member of our sales team who will be more than happy to provide you with further information.
Used condition. All equipment is cleaned before dispatch, if there are any blemishes on the piece of equipment these are highlighted before completion of sale.
Equipment is switched on/ tested where possible before it leaves our premises to ensure its full operational order by a qualified technical engineer.
Here at Rich-mond, we actively encourage customers to inspect any equipment they are interested in at first hand; viewings can be arranged at any notice by contacting a member of our sales team.
There are two available options when buying used laboratory equipment from Rich-mond. We promise all equipment switches on when it leaves our premises but for an additional charge, we offer the option of a service on the equipment.
The equipment is dispatched upon receiving payment via a courier. All equipment is securely packaged.
Certainly, this can be arranged upon completion of the sale.
Installation although not standard can be arranged. Call our sales team for further details.
Should a piece of equipment fail to function for a bona-fide reason, please return the item. Upon satisfactory inspection Rich-mond will offer an exchange, credit note or if appropriate a full refund. If however the equipment is found to be in full working order we will charge a 25% restocking charge. Please note any suspect equipment must be reported within two working days of delivery to our customer care supervisor Sara Taylor.
Servicing is available for an additional cost. This is supplied by one of our many fully qualified electrical engineers.
Spare parts vary for differing pieces and ages of equipment but this can be clarified with a member of our sales team, Rich-mond will strive wherever possible to offer comprehensive coverage of spare parts.
We offer leasing of equipment as a viable alternative to purchasing. Contact a member of our sales team for further information.
All equipment is thoroughly PAT tested by a qualified engineer to comply with EU regulations.
Can I obtain a service history for the equipment?
All equipment is supplied from laboratories within the UK.
Where possible a service history can be supplied.
